Shipping

I ship orders from Morgantown, WV within 1-7 days of receiving payment. You are responsible for providing a correct shipping address at checkout.

Upon submitting an order, you should receive an order confirmation at the email you provided during check-out.

If an item comes to you broken or damaged, contact me immediately so we can work something out! You can use the contact form on this site to reach me directly (plz include Order #).

Orders

There is a 48-hour cancellation policy on all orders, with the exception of digital products.

By placing an order you understand and agree that you are purchasing handmade items, which may have small variations in size, color, texture, etc. from the image(s) you see on the site. If there are considerable variations in a product, I will have these variations noted in the description of said product. Therefore, I will not honor requests for exchanges or refunds under this pretense.

For garment items, I will not offer resizing/alternation services. Please read the description(s) of these products to ensure that they will fit correctly.

Personal Information

If you saw the “Personal Information” disclaimer on the check out page, please know that I do not distribute your personal information in any form or fashion beyond sending you the items you bought and processing your payment(s)!

Store “Modes”

Ready-to-Ship

This means that I have already made products and have them ready to ship once an order is placed! I often use this mode when I prepare for slow fashion batch drops.

Made-to-Order

This means that I do not have the product completed (or even started), and will begin creating the product once I receive your order.

I often use this order for commission work or pre-orders.

Made-to-Order products have a creation-to-doorstep timeline of 4-6 weeks. Please refer to my Instagram for immediate updates regarding these types of products. If there are concerns with your order, please contact me via my contact form.

Drop-Shipping

This means that the store doesn’t keep products in stock; instead, we purchases items from a third-party supplier and have them shipped directly to you.

Similar to Made-to-Order products, Drop-shipped products have a creation-to-doorstep timeline of 4-6 weeks. As quality products are sourced externally upon customer purchase, we will keep in contact with you throughout the entire ordering process to ensure full transparency.
